- In order to ensure that we are meeting our standards of providing you with the best possible quality, we ask that you allow 4-6 weeks for the shipping of your item.
- Please keep in mind that we will be hand sifting and personally selecting each of the crystals for your piece. Since crystals vary greatly in their size, shape, clarity and color, any product containing raw crystals may appear slightly different than the photo you have seen listed on our site.
- INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Your package may accumulate additional charges upon arrival into your country. Customs fees and taxes vary depending on location and we cannot be held responsible for these fees. International shipping does not include tracking or insurance. Registered mail available upon request.
- Due to the fact that each of our products are made to order, we will not be offering refunds. We will administer free repairs to any items that have been damaged in transit, as well as products that may have malfunctioned due to fault of our own (customer responsible for shipping fees).
- Please note that each of our pieces are cast individually and may vary slightly in size and appearance.
SHIPPING
- Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, the delivery process is handled entirely by that carrier.
If a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier but cannot be located by the recipient, we are not responsible for the loss or misplacement of the package.
Carrier-Confirmed Delivery
- A “Delivered” status indicates the carrier has confirmed delivery to the address provided.
- This confirmation serves as proof of delivery.
- Orders marked as delivered are considered complete and fulfilled.
Missing Delivered Packages
In some cases, carriers may:
- Leave packages in less visible locations
- Deliver to a nearby address
- Scan packages as delivered prior to final placement
These situations fall under the carrier’s responsibility and are outside of our control.
Customer Responsibility
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and secure.
- If your package shows as delivered but cannot be found, you must contact the carrier directly to initiate a trace or claim.
- We do not offer refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
If you are concerned about package security or live in an area where deliveries cannot be safely left unattended, we strongly recommend requesting Signature Required shipping at checkout (Feel free to email us at burialgroundinfo@gmail.com to add the request)
Signature Required delivery helps ensure that:
The package is handed directly to a recipient
The carrier does not leave the package unattended
Delivery confirmation includes a signed receipt
This option is especially recommended for:
Apartment buildings
Shared residences
High-traffic areas
Locations with frequent package theft
Customer Responsibility
- Additional fees associated with this service are the responsibility of the customer.
- If Signature Required is not requested, the carrier may leave the package at their discretion.
We are not responsible for packages left unattended when Signature Required delivery was not requested.
Important Notes
- If no one is available to sign, the carrier may attempt redelivery or hold the package at a local facility.
- Policies regarding signature delivery are determined by the carrier.
Choosing Signature Required is the best way to reduce the risk of lost or stolen packages. Once a delivery is completed according to the selected shipping method, it is considered fulfilled.
